Frank DiSalvo Jr. (Sound Designer) is the founder of Parlor Room Theater. He has directed, written, designed, acted in, or a combination of any and all of the above in each of PRT’s productions. Directing credits at PRT include Fools, The Nerd, The Mousetrap, and The Ghost Train. Two of his original plays have premiered at Parlor Room Theater, Doctor’s Orders and On The Lam. As a sound designer, he has worked at many Washington DC area theaters including Washington Stage Guild, The Catholic University of America, Rorschach Theatre, and WSC Avant-Bard; recently he even traveled to Montpelier, VT to sound design Lost Nation Theater’s production of Treasure Island. After receiving his MFA in Playwriting at CUA, where his full-length play Alien Invader premiered, his 10-minute plays have been produced at the Lakeshore Players 10-Minute Play Festival (Minnesota), the North Park Playwrights Festival (San Diego), and the New York City 15-Minute Play Festival.
